How to price MerAssistant
1.) Add the number of TN’s and price the smallest Host Site License, 1st Year Maintenance and Remote Installation and Training, that will accommodate all TN’s.
Example: 1,750 TN’s = $7,400
2.) If the number of TN’s is greater than 5,000 add $1175 for each increment of 1000 TN’s above 5,000 needed to accommodate all TN’s.
Example: 12,500 TN’s (compute 12,500 – 5,000 = 7,500) round this up to 8,000. This would be 8 increments of 1,000 needed, so 8 * 1,175 = 9,400. This gets added to the 5,000 TN price of 7,400 for a total of $16,800.
3.) If you have more than 1 box then take the number of boxes minus 1 and add $675 for each box.
Example: If you had the above 12,500 TN’s on 9 boxes it would be 8 * 675 = 5,400 added to the total of 16,800 for a grand total of $22,200
